Established in 1986, was a subsidiary within the Ometraco Group companies. The company which is the produces of an example Oskadon, Contrex, Contrexyn, Oskadryl was taken over by TSP in early 1997. This acquisition was aimed at enhancing and complementary TSP’s Over the Counter market share. Also to optimize the utilization of its newly built plant in Cikarang on a 30,000 sq metres plot of land commensurate with TSP’s own plan in to minimize costs of expansion. In other words the acquisition added some 25% additional production facilities, added through PT Tempo increased market coverage, increase market share in the OTC besides improving TSP’s efficient expansion program.
