All the Company's 75,000,000 shares are listed and traded on the Jakarta Stock Exchange since June 17, 1994. Effective from November 13, 1995 the number of shares has become 150,000,000 after the Company change the nominal value of each share from Rp. 1.000,- to Rp. 500,- (stock split). On February 2, 1998, he Jakarta Stock Exchange has approved the listing of an additional 300,000,000 shares as a result of the Limited Public Offering I. The number of listed shares has therefore become 450,000,000 shares.

On June 30, 2006 the Extra Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders approved the change of the nominal value of each share from Rp 500,- to Rp 50,- (stock split) as a value result the number of listed shares became 4.500.000.000 shares effective September 19, 2006.
